This workbook was created as a companion to Jay Shetty’s "Think Like A Monk". While reading the book, we found ourselves wishing for a place where we could write, process and practice the book’s exercises in a constructive, concise way. The exercises are excellent - but there isn't much space to actually write in the book itself.
Instead, we found ourselves cobbling them together in various places - notebooks, journals, pieces of paper - all of which would eventually get lost, or at the very least, not be helpful in putting the lessons into practice. That's how this workbook was born.
